Representatives from University of Plymouth Ladies Football Club (UPLFC) were thrilled to receive a cheque for £250 from Plymouth Soroptimists. The donation will go towards paying for transport to their matches. Plymouth Soroptimist President Jenny Jarvis said: “We are delighted to provide support to this fantastic group of young ladies and we wish them every success in their forthcoming fixtures. It’s great that UPLFC are clearly so committed to both their studies and women’s football.”
UPLFC and Plymouth Soroptimists are looking forward to developing opportunities to work together in the future.
